1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes verifying your order details, preparing items for shipment, and coordinating with our shipping partners.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)
We currently offer one standard shipping option for all U.S. addresses:

Delivery Time: 8–17 business days (includes 1–2 business days processing + 7–15 business days transit).
- Coverage: Continental United States (48 states)+ Washington, D.C.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times begin after your order is processed and shipped
- Orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse
- Factors like customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or remote locations may cause delays
- All shipments include tracking information
3. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees, and shipping costs are automatically waived at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after shipment.

5. Address Changes & Errors
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout—we cannot guarantee changes to addresses after an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees to send it to the correct address.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, first check with neighbors or your local post office. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help investigate.
For packages that exceed the 15-business-day delivery window, reach out to us at lanqiservices@outlook.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the carrier determines the package is lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.
7. Restricted Items
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions (e.g., due to size, weight, or carrier regulations). These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page, and we reserve the right to cancel orders for restricted items to comply with shipping guidelines.
