1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Still has all original tags and packaging (e.g., boxes, bags, or protective materials).
- You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, digital receipt in your Shopify account, or packing slip).
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions, including the return address.
- Send the item back using the provided label. Do not return items without approval and instructions from our team. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product issue (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid label will be provided, if applicable.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is used, or you may ship the item using your preferred carrier at your own expense.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lanqiservices@outlook.com.
- Include photos/videos of the issue and your order number.
- Our team will review the issue within 1 business day and resolve it (e.g., arrange a free replacement, full refund, or partial refund) at our discretion.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order items, monogrammed goods).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, skincare, cosmetics) for hygiene reasons.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items (clearance, discounted, or promotional items) – this policy is clearly marked on all sale product pages.
- Gift cards.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to:
- Return your current item following the steps above.
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item on our website.
8. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund (usually 3–5 business days).
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at lanqiservices@outlook.com.
- If a refund fails due to an invalid payment method (e.g., expired card), we’ll email you to arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., bank transfer).
